About

Katelin Levy moved to New York City after spending her childhood living among the rolling hills of the Berkshires. She graduated from NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study concentrating in film & television production, sociology, and ancient cultures with a minor in producing.
After discovering her passion was for anything and everything media she interned at several different companies including NBCUniversal, MikMak, and Frank PR NYC while working at the Tribeca Film Festival and Lionsgate.

Currently, she is a Video Editor at FTI Consulting focusing on content about business transformations, emerging tech such as AI and cryptocurrency, and financial consulting. She is also a Freelance Social Video Editor for Greenpeace, where her passions for social and environmental justice collide.

Previously, she worked at The WNET Group, New York's

PBS station for 5 years in a variety of roles. She was the first Associate Producer of Digital Content at the company which focused on the two performing arts shows Great Performances and NYC-Arts. And then she was promoted to Multimedia Producer/Editor working on broadcast and digital content for NYC-Arts.

After leaving college she worked at NBCUniversal as a Production Assistant for SYFY. She spent her days cutting nerdy digital content & on-air promos, coordinating shoots, and media managing everything from BTS photography to V.R. experiences.

In her spare time you can find Katelin combing the city for the newest soup dumpling spot, alternating between consuming novels and television, or with her face hidden behind a pair of opera glasses.

One day she hopes to write and direct the future remake of Lord of the Rings.
